The Biomed Partnering Program is designed to prolong the life cycle of your Skytron equipment by utilizing a specifically designed Preventative Maintenance Program. Three different levels of the Biomed Partnering Program are available and each is designed to prevent repair expenses and optimize uptime of your assets. A Skytron trained Field Service Representative will evaluate your equipment and provide a logical and cost effective solution to restore that equipment to factory specifications based on the needs of your facility.

Each Biomed Partnering Program is tailored to meet the individual needs and budget of your facility. By implementing this program you will cut costs associated with equipment downtime, replacement and repairs while maximizing the value of your equipment. This program will allow you to budget your service accordingly. Having a factory trained personnel available to evaluate and maintain your equipment will reduce the possibility of equipment failure due to improper or no maintenance program being utilized.

Each Biomed Partnering Program participant also has access to a toll free 24/7 technical phone support representative who will answer any technical questions, diagnose equipment problems and assist you in identifying and ordering any parts you may need. A local Skytron trained Field Service Technician will also be available for service within 48 hours of any service call.
